Rugila Technology, founded as Ustun Ozgur Software in 2013, has been serving its customers with the products it has built and the consultancy services it has provided over the years. We currently operate out Istanbul ITU Ari Teknokent. Our customers include Ziraat Teknoloji (Turkey's largest bank's technology subsidiary), Avivasa (one of the largest life insurance companies in Turkey), SellerCrowd ("the ultimate sales tool", a NY-based startup funded by Lerer Ventures), PayU, Insider, Fibabanka, Armsan and Çimtaş.

We have led the development of SellerCrowd from its inception to its transformation to a mature company. At Ziraat Technology, we guided the technical transformation of the software used at bank's branches with a modern web app stack. For Cimtas, we provided Rugila Classification, one of our products, which helps them keep their information secure and classified. With PayU, we helped them overcome the obstacles they faced with their Shopify integration. For Insider and Fibabanka, we provided training services in modern JavaScript and React so that they adapt to the latest and modern web app development practices.
